A little more about me.

I've always been someone who can't pick just one thing — and honestly, I wouldn't want to. Here's the full story.

My Story

From curious kid to
multi-passionate adult.

Growing up, I was the kid who wanted to do everything. While my friends were picking their "one thing," I was out there trying volleyball, art, science, and anything that caught my eye. People told me I'd have to choose someday — but I never really believed them.

That curiosity led me to earn my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy — a field where I get to help people rebuild their lives after illness, injury, or just the natural challenges of aging. OT was the perfect fit because it sits at the intersection of science, creativity, and genuine human connection.

But helping people in a clinical setting wasn't enough. I saw a gap between therapy and long-term wellness, so I became a certified personal trainer. Now I help people not just recover — but thrive.

What I Believe

The values behind everything I do.

Intentionality

Whether I'm writing a treatment plan, coaching a deadlift, or knotting a new piece for my shop — I do everything with purpose. No going through the motions. Every action is deliberate.

Empowerment

My goal is never to make you dependent on me. I want to give you the knowledge and confidence to take ownership of your body, your health, and your space. Independence is the ultimate win.

Accessibility

Health and wellness shouldn't be exclusive. I work with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds — from 20-year-old athletes to 80-year-old grandparents. Everyone deserves to feel strong.

Wholeness

Your body, your mind, and your space are all connected. I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. That thread runs through everything — OT, training, and my creative work.

The Many Sides of Me

Three passions. One purpose.

Everything I do comes back to the same thing: helping people live better, feel better, and love the life they're in.
