From curious kid to
multi-passionate adult.
Growing up, I was the kid who wanted to do everything. While my friends were picking their "one thing," I was out there trying volleyball, art, science, and anything that caught my eye. People told me I'd have to choose someday — but I never really believed them.
That curiosity led me to earn my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy — a field where I get to help people rebuild their lives after illness, injury, or just the natural challenges of aging. OT was the perfect fit because it sits at the intersection of science, creativity, and genuine human connection.
But helping people in a clinical setting wasn't enough. I saw a gap between therapy and long-term wellness, so I became a certified personal trainer. Now I help people not just recover — but thrive.
